We need help to create a new scenario in Make. It would need to ensure that:
When an order on Sendcloud changes the status to shipped, this sends back to Prestashop not only the status and the tracking, but also the respective courier carrying the parcel. Right now this last part is not happening.
Couriers are defined in Prestashop with a specific name, e.g. DHL, UPS, etc. and a generic URL that can then include the tracking sent back to the customers.
We would need help to set up this scenario, test it, and ensure it runs smoothly.
