Sending an automated email as response to a form submission (using data from the form)

What are you trying to achieve?

I would like to create a flow that: Understands/reads form submission data from webflow, takes the submitted e-mail address and then sends an automated e-mail to the form submitter (from outlook).
The actions I see in my scenario differ to what GPT advices and I’m confused.

Steps taken so far

Made links with webflow and outlook. I don’t have access to the e-mail address directly but I can call someone.
