Shipstation Create Order w/ Email

I use a database to store order data that is used to “create orders” in Shipstation.

I can’t seem to figure out how to get the email for the ship to customer into the email field. There is a field for customer username and email however this does not populate the email field in the Shipstation order.

i use backendless as my database and create orders in SS using the “create order” module in Make
