Hi all,

I have a knack application (sea safety app) and I’m trying to import some data every 10 mins from a soap / xml feed.

I have connected knack no problem to Make, but i have no idea how to do the other side - i simply have a url to the .svc and a username etc.

The data is commercial shipping movements, so the idea is rowers can use the knack app and see if there are any shipping movements in the area before they head out. So i want to import the data which is basically a record for each shipping movement with boat name, sechduled arrival, eta, berth etc

Any help would be appreciated - happy to pay a small amount to someone who can help.

Hi. Do this:

  1. Use an http module in Make to “Get a file” using the url and credentials to login (username and passsord)
  2. Use the Make module “Parse CSV” to work with the file in Make
