Tally Webhook keeps throwing 400 Bad Request in Make

I’m using the Tally “Watch New Responses” module in Make to trigger several scenarios.

But I keep running into the same issue:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: After a while, the webhook breaks with a [400] Bad Request error.

Re-authenticating the Tally connection fixes it temporarily – but only for a couple of responses before it breaks again.

  • The module is the trigger for the scenario (so not using a custom webhook)

  • Tested with multiple forms, same issue

  • No logic errors in the scenario itself

  • Connection looks fine in Make UI until the error reappears

Anyone seen this before or found a stable workaround?

Thanks in advance!

It might be that you need a refresh token as it sounds like it expires causing an error. Can you share any screens or further details of your scenario?
