The "Watch Change" Scenario Does Not Run Even Though the Webhook Is Successful

Hi Guys

I have a “Watch Change” scenario from CRM for the “Created” event with an interval immediately, but the scenario does not run even though I have done the “Created” Record on CRM.

After Checked the logs, everything run normally (successfully), the event responses (Body) received were all complete, but my scenario did not work.

Has anyone ever experienced this?

my scenario is not running, not an error

after comparing it with the successful log I did not find any " Parsed Items" in response, but respon status is “200”/Sucess

as a note, the Request Body has 289 line. is this the limitation?

Let me ask a few questions to help the Community get a more accurate picture of the situation.

  1. can you give us a screenshot of the entire Scenario?
  2. are you sure that the problem is that the make Scenario is not running (= not receiving the webhook) even though the webhook is being sent on the CRM side?
  3. what are you saying CRM?
  4. when you say logs, do you mean logs on the CRM side?
