Hi — I can deliver this as a USD 650 fixed sprint in five business days after access.

Scope: compare 2–3 mailers for volume, Make support, consent, deliverability and first-year cost; configure one platform with one audience, required fields/tags and one welcome or internal alert; build one duplicate-safe Make scenario with validation, retries and error logging; add up to two capture forms/links/pop-ups to one site; run 10 desktop/mobile tests; provide the blueprint, notes and a handover call.

Acceptance: all 10 test leads appear once with correct fields, source, consent and tags; existing contacts update, failures are reviewable, and both capture surfaces work on desktop/mobile.

Excludes migration/list cleaning, campaign strategy/copy/design, domain warm-up or repair, custom backend work, multiple sites/mailers, ongoing management and third-party fees.

Any demos are owned AI Firm reference builds, not client work.

1. Which CMS runs the site, and which tools generate or store leads?
2. Expected contacts/monthly sends, and which countries or consent rules?
3. Required fields, tags, attribution and first post-signup action?

The first thing I’d verify is not which mailer is cheapest today, but how its pricing changes as your list grows and whether its [Make.com](http://Make.com) integration supports reliable update-or-create logic. That is where inexpensive setups often become costly or start producing duplicate contacts.

I can handle the complete implementation: platform selection, [Make.com](http://Make.com) integration, website capture forms, and verified contact synchronization.

Before recommending a platform, I’d review four inputs: your website stack, current contact count, expected monthly send volume, and required automations. I’ll compare 2–3 suitable options by operating cost, [Make.com](http://Make.com) support, form capabilities, automation limits, deliverability features, and pricing at the next growth tier.

First slice: map the complete flow and provide a short comparison with one clear recommendation.

Implementation:

- Configure the selected email platform.

- Build the [Make.com](http://Make.com) synchronization.

- Embed the required forms, links, and pop-ups.

- Normalize and validate submitted data.

- Use update-or-create logic to prevent duplicates.

- Test new, existing, repeated, invalid, and failed submissions.

- Document the setup for handover.

Done means every valid submission reaches the correct audience with the correct fields, repeated submissions update the existing contact, and failed runs remain visible and recoverable.

I’ve built a [production Guesty/Hostaway → HubSpot synchronization system](https://github.com/EdvinZe/pms-hubspot-sync-case-study) with validation, deduplication, conflict handling, retries, and batch-failure recovery.

Portfolio: [ezenevic.com](https://www.ezenevic.com/)

Send me the website URL and the four inputs above. I’ll map the workflow and tell you exactly how I would approach it.

Hi @HPUSA ,

I’d be happy to help with this.

I work with [Make.com](http://Make.com), email marketing automation, API integrations and website workflows, and I can help compare the available mailer options based on your actual volume, features and budget rather than just choosing a platform upfront.

A couple of questions:

• What tools are currently in your tech stack that the mailer would need to connect with?

• Roughly how many contacts do you currently have, and what monthly email volume are you expecting?

• What website platform are you using?

Once I understand those, I can recommend the most suitable option and structure the [Make.com](http://Make.com) integration and lead capture flow around it.

I’ll also send you a DM with my details.

Hi HPUSA, I can handle the mailer selection, [Make.com](http://Make.com) integration, website forms, and duplicate-safe contact syncing end-to-end. Hi HPUSA — I can take this on. I’d first check your website/CMS, the tools that currently store leads, contact count, monthly send volume, and any consent requirements. Then I’ll give you a short comparison of 2–3 mailers based on real cost as the list grows, Make support, forms, and deliverability. After you choose, I’ll build duplicate-safe update-or-create syncing, embed the forms/pop-ups, test new, existing, repeated and failed submissions, and hand over the scenario. What website platform and tools are you using now? If you send those plus the rough volume, I can outline the exact first step today.

</div>

HPUSA — the expensive failure here is not choosing a mailer; it is duplicate contacts and unclear consent when a form is submitted twice. I can take this as a fixed, written sprint:

• Compare 2–3 budget mailers against your list size, monthly send volume, Make support, form limits, consent fields, and next pricing tier; recommend one with the assumptions recorded.
• Configure one audience and one Make scenario using update-or-create logic keyed by email or your chosen stable ID; invalid or ambiguous rows stop in a visible exception log.
• Add up to two capture surfaces to one site, carrying the source and consent fields, then test new, existing, repeated, invalid, and failed submissions on desktop and mobile.
• Deliver the blueprint, field map, test evidence, and handoff notes.

Done means ten test leads create or update exactly one contact with the correct fields, tags, and source; repeated submissions do not create a second record; and failures remain visible and recoverable. Fixed fee: USD 450, five business days after written scope confirmation. This excludes list migration or cleaning, campaign copy/design, domain warm-up or repair, legal advice, multiple sites or mailers, ongoing management, and third-party fees.

I have not deployed this exact buyer setup, so I will not imply that. My RomeoApps-owned workflow reliability proof covers synthetic retry, duplicate, and auth boundaries: [n8n Retry Safety & Workflow Error Checker | RomeoApps](https://www.romeoapps.com/n8n-workflow-diagnostic/)

If this is still open, reply with your CMS, lead source, approximate contact count, monthly send volume, required fields/tags, and consent constraints. Written async; no call needed.

Hi — I saw your [Make.com](http://Make.com) / marketing automation request.

I wouldn’t start by trying to solve the whole marketing stack at once. The fastest way to de-risk it is to take the workflow that is blocking you today and get that one path working end-to-end first.

I’d define:

input → transformation/routing → destination → failure handling → test case.

I can build the first bounded workflow as a **$300 fixed paid pilot, upfront** , including testing and a short handoff Loom/SOP, within ~24 hours.

If you send me the single workflow you want solved first, I’ll tell you immediately whether it fits that scope.

Hi HPUSA,

I’d be interested in helping with this.

I’m an Automation Developer focused on [Make.com](http://Make.com), JavaScript/HTML, APIs and business workflow automation.

Your project is a good fit for the type of systems I build: choosing the right email platform, connecting it through [Make.com](http://Make.com), setting up lead capture, and making sure new/existing contacts are handled correctly without duplicates.

I’d first want to understand your current website platform, existing tools, contact volume and expected monthly sends before recommending a mailer.

I can also build and test the workflow end-to-end and document the setup for handoff.

I have a working [Make.com](http://Make.com) automation demo I can share.

If you’re still reviewing candidates, I’d be happy to discuss the project.

Best,

Afsar Ali

HPUSA, I would separate the platform decision from the implementation. The first useful deliverable is a short written comparison of two or three mailers against your current contact count, expected monthly sends, required consent fields, website platform, Make support, and the next pricing tier.

From that, I can map one form-to-mailer path, define update-versus-create behavior, and test new, repeated, invalid, and failed submissions before a larger setup is approved. That prevents a low-cost mailer from becoming expensive later because of duplicates, missing consent data, or a pricing jump.

I offer that first written review for $125, and I can credit it toward the implementation if the scope is a fit. If this remains open, what CMS and lead-storage tools are in use now, and roughly how many contacts and monthly sends do you expect? [Process | Brief Factory](https://brieffactory.com/approach)

Hi, I’d be interested in helping with this. I work with [Make.com](http://Make.com) to build business automations, including lead capture and automated lead-response workflows.

I can help compare the email platforms based on your budget and requirements, connect the selected platform with your existing tools through [Make.com](http://Make.com), set up the lead-capture flow, and test the data flow to avoid duplicate contacts.

I’ve also built a [Make.com](http://Make.com) lead responder workflow that captures new leads and automatically generates a personalized response.

If the project is still open, I’d be happy to learn what tools you’re currently using and see how I can structure the automation for you.

Here is a plan rather than another round of questions, since a few people have already asked about your stack and platform.

I would build this as one Make scenario: your form or pop-up submission comes in as a webhook, gets checked against your existing contacts by email so nothing duplicates, then lands in whichever mailer you pick and syncs across to the rest of your tools. The mailer choice itself I would narrow to 2, priced for your actual list size rather than today’s list price, since that is usually where a cheap platform turns expensive once you grow.

$300 fixed, 5 business days from your go-ahead, one round of changes included after you test it.

For context, I run operations at a video production studio. I built our editor intake and review flow, and it now moves eleven people through onboarding in the time the first stage alone used to take me.

If that plan looks right, say go and I will send the scenario map on day one, with the 2 mailer options costed against your list size.

Hi HPUSA — if this is still open, I can take one bounded part first rather than asking you to commit to the entire project.

$150 fixed first milestone:

• compare 2–3 mailers against your contact count, monthly sends, website stack, Make support and next pricing tier

• recommend one with the assumptions documented

• map one website → Make → mailer lead path

• define duplicate-safe create/update behavior

• test new, repeat, invalid and failed submissions

If the required access/APIs are straightforward, I’ll implement that first lead path within the same scope.

I won’t claim years of [Make.com](http://Make.com) experience I don’t have. My work is AI-assisted software/workflow development, APIs, webhooks, data mapping and testing.

If you’re still reviewing candidates, send your CMS, current lead-storage tools, approximate contact count and monthly email volume. I can confirm whether the $150 scope fits before anything s

tarts.

You need form/popup leads in Make without duplicate contacts, then into a mailer. I would not start by picking an ESP or rebuilding the site.

First slice, 72h after credentials: popup/form → dedupe on email → light hot/warm/cold score → Slack ping + upsert to the mailer you already have (or a cheap one if you have none). $249, paid after a test lead runs on your scenario. Out of scope for this slice: site rebuild, ESP bake-off.

Questions: (1) what captures the lead today, (2) where should the Slack ping go, (3) do you already pay for a mailer?

</div>

Hi HPUSA, I noticed one part of your project that I think is especially important: making sure website submissions don’t create duplicate or incomplete contacts before they reach the mailer.

I’ve already built a small [Make.com](http://Make.com) intake framework around that exact problem: validate incoming fields, check for an existing contact before creating one, flag failed submissions, and log exceptions so they don’t disappear silently.

Rather than pitching you on rebuilding the whole marketing stack, I’d be happy to show you that lead-intake layer as a small pilot and let you decide if it’s useful.

I’m currently doing a few of these implementations for $50 while building case studies.

If the lead-sync problem is still open, I can send over the 1-minute demo.

Hi,

I’d be interested in helping with this project.

I work with [Make.com](http://Make.com) and have built automations using webhooks, OpenAI, Google Sheets, Gmail and automated lead processing.

One of my recent workflows automatically receives a lead, analyzes and scores it, stores the data, and prepares the next action.

I can also handle the [Make.com](http://Make.com) integration and lead capture workflow described in your post.

If you’re still looking for someone, I’d be happy to discuss the project and show you a working example.

Best,
Yurii
