# Trigger: Choose when to start doesn't work

### 🎯 What is your goal?

Hi, I am setting the trigger to start from now on, to not replay old engagements. Any time I open the setting, it shows no option selected like it was reset. Who can help here?

I set it a few times

Hello,

That’s correct. You select it, click Save, and that’s it. When you launch this menu once again radio buttons are unselected.

This setting applies only to the first run. The following runs start with the next item after the last processed one so this setting can be selected once again. Hope I described logic in easy to understand way,

Of course, if the next run starts with the same items, there is an issue with the configuration. If that’s your case please give us more details about your scenario.
