# Trouble creating Capsule CRM - Omnisend Automation

### What are you trying to achieve?

Hi all. I am trying to connect my Capsule CRM Module to Capsule and send to Omnisend module.

### Steps taken so far

I am a complete newbie so please bear with me! I am at the end of day 3 trying to sort out what i am sure should be a quick and easy automation. After multiple attempts, watching hours of you tube and speaking to both Capsule support and Make support i am no nearer solving my issue. I am trying to use the Capsule CRM Watch parties with Webhook built in. I cant get an answer in simple terms of how to successfully connect the module to Capsule. I generated an API key in Capsule, but was not asked for it in the Capsule Module (which seems to have connected automatically). When i run the module it seems to come back with no data, even if i connect it to the Omnisend module and map values. There is a field in the Omnisend module that relates to identifier that seems to be causing an issue, but again I cannot get any simple answers as to what information is expected to be inputted there. Depending on whether i select map or not gives me a whole variety of options and fields. None of which seem to have fixed the issue. If any one has some basic steps/help they can offer i’d be very grateful! There does seem to be information in the Parsed detail section, so some data is being read at some point.
