Trouble exporting a template

I’m having trouble exporting a template—I don’t see the option. I have the Core plan and use the latest Chrome browser update. Why is this limitation present? I’d appreciate your help.

Please log out and log in - you should have new UI enabled.

Import/Export option is now in top-right corner under […] button.
