Understanding why my webhook doesn’t get datas randomly since the maintenance of 04/17/2026.

Hello everyone,

I am using a button on SAP Business One to send data to a wabhook and start my scenario. Everything was going smooth for the last few months, but since the maintenance of April 17th my button randomly can’t reach for the webhook and I get an error. Me and my coworkers have never seen that before.

Are other people having this kind of issues the last few days ?

Unfortunately you haven’t provided much details about your scenario’s webhook or setup in SAP.

Could you check if you have a “Data Structure” set-up in your webhook? If you have generated one, and have set some fields to “Required”, or you have enabled Strict mode, the webhook will reject incoming requests.

Could you provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing in SAP, as well as the error message?
