We’re having some challenges with connecting the two after moving the website to a new server. The only message we get back is “The request failed due to failure of a previous request. Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.” This connection powers 14 forms and it needs help 🙂 ---

Have you checked your WordPress user permissions? The “Sorry, you are not allowed to do that” message often hints at a permissions issue. Or it can be just as simple as wrong path. Nope - we moved to boost.space - ZERO help from support, literally feels like they just sit there and decide which canned email is most appropriate, then send a “satisfaction survey”. ---
