Trying to send a direct slack message (not to a channel) when a card is added to a Trello list

Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this? I’m a total noob and I’m struggling to figure this one out. I have a Slack user that needs to be notified when we move a card from list to a specific list. Ideas? Thanks in advance

It should be fairly easy:

1. Set up your trello like this:
   
   
2. Set up slack like this:

So I leave the channel ID or Name entry as the default “Select from the list”? I assumed I had to fill out all the fields…thanks
