# "Twilio webhook only triggers Make scenario on first inbound SMS"

### 🎯 What is your goal?
“Send an AI SMS response every time a customer texts my Twilio number, collecting job details across multiple messages.”
### 🤔 What is the problem & what have you tried?
“Twilio webhook only triggers Make scenario on first inbound SMS. Subsequent replies from the same customer are received by Twilio (confirmed in logs) but do not trigger the Make webhook. Webhook response returns 200 with empty TwiML. Phone number configured directly with Make webhook URL via HTTP POST.” Scenario is set to run immediately as data arrives."

Welcome to the Make community!
According to the official documentation for [Incoming Message Webhook](https://www.twilio.com/docs/usage/webhooks/messaging-webhooks) and [Usage Guide](https://www.twilio.com/docs/messaging/guides/webhook-request), it **does not state** anywhere that the webhook is only sent for the **first** inbound SMS. Therefore, it should work for all incoming messages.
