My Goal is to listen to a workspace in Typeform that has multiple forms, one that get added and deleted also. With these forms I would like to listen to every response and record the data.
I understand I could just set up multiple scenarios for each individual form though feel like this is not scalable as it still requires manual work.
2nd option I have tried is, sending and api request for the workspace which gives me the form id’s of all the forms, I then become stuck as I need to listen for response from multiple forms which would involve setting up multiple scenarios.
3rd option would be listen to all the response from the workspace (still research this to see if typeform offers this)
Would appreciate any any and another point of view.
Welcome to the Make community!
Does the Typeform API documentation mention anything about webhooks for the entire workspace?
If the external service allows you to register webhooks, then you can create a trigger to wait for incoming webhook requests in Make using the generic Webhook “Custom webhook” module.
You can also suggest for it to be made in the Idea exchange. Don’t forget to search for it first, just in case someone already suggested it, so that you don’t end up creating a duplicate.

If you need assistance in setting up the Custom Webhook module, please provide additional information about what you have tried with regards to the external service’s Developer API Reference – how you are setting the connection up, a link to the webhook are you trying to connect to, and what errors you are encountering.

Hi,
Thanks for this message, funny you mention that because now I am playing around with the web hook feature. I believe this is the best possible solution on where I enter it manually to the form and have a trigger for each response.
Now to go back through the training and start applying the knowledge learnt.
Thanks for the insight.
No problem, glad I could help!
