I am currently working on Monday.com automation. Previously I have tested successfully to retrieve mirrored data from Monday.com but now I can’t retrieve data anymore. The difference is now the mirrored items are from a different workspace. May I know is it retrieving mirrored data from different workspace is not workable?? FYI, I have added Monday Integration User as admin for both boards as one of them is private board.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get the mirror data. However you can use the monday get item to collect the mirror data from the other board.

Thanks for your reply. Ok, understand unable to get mirrored data, but should be able to get the Linked PulseId right? Previously I able to get the Linked PulseId, from there I am able to retrieve the original item data from original board, but now the board changed to a different workspace and private board, the Linked PulseId not able to retrieve…
The reason of me wanting to have the linked PulseId is to check which item does not have a linked item then delete that item.

After I changed the board ID from select from dropdown to map ID directly, it works now.
