What is your goal?
We want to upload files from our e-mails (outlook 365) into dropbox.
What is the problem & what have you tried?
When we have tried to upload them, they are going into the generic folder rather than going into the specific folder.

Have you tried to also define a path?

That is not enough information to help you, what does the mapped Dropbox module look like? You can also share the scenario through the share button.
And have you selected the right folder where you want to upload the file? ..
