Urgent: Credits blocked until October 12 despite having available operations

:bullseye: What is your goal?

To unpause my private space and keep my WhatsApp customer service automation running since I still have credits available.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

My private space and scenarios have been blocked with a message stating they are paused until credits reset on October 12, 2026.

However, my dashboard shows I still have 8,996 credits remaining out of my 10,000 limit (only about 10% used). This appears to be a system glitch locking my account incorrectly. I need urgent assistance to restore scenario execution.
