I run advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and create small landing pages using Hayflow. The ads and landing pages typically promote offers in the automotive industry.

I frequently receive PDF files containing offer details, and I need an automated workflow to extract relevant information from these PDFs and generate structured ad copy using ChatGPT.

What I Need:
• A Make.com workflow that:
• Processes PDFs from Google Drive or Email
• Extracts key details from the PDF (e.g., car model, pricing, leasing terms, etc.)
• Outputs extracted details in an easy-to-copy format (Google Sheet, Slack, or Google Doc)
• Uses ChatGPT to generate structured ad copy based on pre-defined prompts
• Stores the AI-generated ad texts in a Google Sheet, Slack, or Google Doc

Additional Details:
• I can provide example PDFs and highlight the key data points to extract.
• I will also provide example prompts and formatting guidelines for the AI-generated texts.
• The workflow should be flexible and scalable, as I handle multiple offers simultaneously.

Who I’m Looking For:
• Someone experienced with Make.com, Google Drive, and API integrations
• Familiar with PDF data extraction (OCR if necessary)
• Knowledge of ChatGPT API and AI-driven text generation
