What is your goal?
Hi I have a scenario to take the output from a Cognito form and upload it to a Zoho Workdrive. However, it fails because the connection to Workdrive keeps defaulting to my own account, despite using adifferent account when I verify the connection with Zoho.
How can I force it to use the correct account credentials?
Thanks
Hey Pete,
once you select the connection to be used, it shouldn’t change automatically. Can you share some screenshots of the modules and how everything is setup?
Hi Stoyan
Many thanks for your response. In going through the process to create the screenshots, I realised that Zoho were changing the account part way through the authorisation; I initially logged in with one account, but on the next screen, when it was asking for authorisation, it defaulted to a different one. I was able to change that at that point, & the scenario now runs fine.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t actaully do what I need, as although the workdrive now shows the attachment uploaded to the Cognito form, it’s smaller and won’t open - it’s as though it’s incomplete
Downloading the (image) file (160bytes) just gives an error from an image viewer.
Thanks again
Pete
An update to this; since Make is supported by Cognito Forms, I asked them for guidance. They suggested a scenario that worked for uploading files to Dropbox, and it turned out to work perfectly with Zoho Workdrive too. This is the (very straightforward) result:
Now I just need to find out why there is no ‘Add a row’ option in the Zoho Sheet module . . .
Thanks again for your help
Just to tie this up - I used a Google sheet instead (shame we can’t use a personal Google Drive), so this was the result:
Thank you!
