Using Get and Map Function to Pull Collection Data From Array

Hi Everyone,

I’m getting closer and closer to solving my issue. It seems like using get and map functions will help me get there.

I’m using Watch Orders from Woocommerce to pull data from recent orders to dispatch the orders to Slack where my team can fulfill the orders.

The issue that I was having (well firstly, the webhook wouldn’t pull the complete data - so i have to use a watch orders action instead. Topic for another day lol) is that the collections data that contains all the order details wouldn’t be carried over to the next function.

Upon deep diving these threads it led to to this video which should help me solve my issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7I-nUGedN_k&ab_channel=GrowwStacks-ExpertsinMake_com%26Zapier

However, I’m still having issues using these functions because the fields where I need to pull the data from still won’t show up in the Tool Function.

Any ideas of how I can go about this? Willing to pay at this point for support.![Untitled 3|466x129](upload://Ar5fxn6s1IDrkzmgsVoHopnQZST.jpeg) ![Untitled 4|402x425](upload://chjjpKVru3ntint5ssITUhUQUxk.jpeg) ![Untitled 5|454x199](upload://fruJbDm8meus2tUIbivBEYI8Qkf.jpeg) ![Untitled|690x247](upload://eEt1rp9FyO4NdvR6Jw01s0FTQI8.jpeg)

Relevant Screenshots

Please share screenshots of your scenario, any error messages, relevant module fields, and relevant filter settings. It would really help other community members to see what you’re looking at.

You can upload images here using the Upload icon in the text editor:

Scenario Blueprint

Please export the scenario blueprint file to allow others to view the mapped variables in the module fields. At the bottom of the scenario editor, you can click on the three dots to find the Export Blueprint menu item.

Output Bundles of Modules

Please provide the output bundles of the modules by running the scenario (or get from the scenario History tab), then click the white speech bubble on the top-right of each module and select “Download input/output bundles”.

A. Upload as Text File

Save each bundle contents in your text editor as a bundle.txt file, and upload it here into this discussion thread.

B. Insert as Formatted Code Block

If you are unable to upload files on this forum, alternatively you can paste the formatted bundles.
These are the two ways to format text so that it won’t be modified by the forum:

  • Method 1: Type code block manually

    Add three backticks ``` before and after the content/bundle, like this:

    ```
    content goes here
    ```

  • Method 2. Highlight and click the format button in the editor

Providing the input/output bundles will allow others to replicate what is going on in the scenario even if they do not use the external service.

By providing these details, it will allow others to assist you better.
