Want to send an slack message when a amount of tags is crossed on Airtable

Hello,

I would like to build an alerting system from airtable to slack. I have a complaint tab on Airtable with multi-tagging on each record. I wanted to have a Make automation that sends me a Slack message when a tag is recorded more than 50 times in a month.

Don’t really know how to translate this into a formula.

Are you referring to the same tag used 50 times?

The better way is create a Airtable counting the tags events until 50 and an automation to trigger an webhook to Make in this case. The Airtable has a webhook feature in the Pro plan.

Yes exactly ! If a same tags is used more than 50 times in a month then → send slack message
