Webhook & HTTP scenario doesn't work

I’ve created a scenario to connect the tool BodyGraph Chart with my email marketing tool (Mailingboss from Builderall) via webhook and http request. But it doesn’t work. The emails don’t reach my email marketing tool (list). Anyone can help me with this?
