Hi, my webhook is no longer listening after the AWS outage yesterday. Should this be fixed by now? Should I recreate the webhook?

Webhooks should be up and running again. Can you determine if it is the webhook that is not working or the service sending a payload to the webhook?
You can copy the webhook URL from the webhook module and simply paste it in a browser window. If it is working on Make’s side, it looks like this (depending on what your scenario does):
