WhatsApp Coexistence: Resource not found / 400 after successful Meta setup

:bullseye: What is your goal?

Connect our existing WhatsApp Business App number to Make using WhatsApp Business Cloud Coexistence, while keeping the WhatsApp Business mobile app active. We want to use Make’s Watch Events module to receive incoming customer WhatsApp messages and process them in our Google Sheets workflow.

 What is the problem & what have you tried?

Meta Embedded Signup completes successfully for our existing WhatsApp Business App number.

Business Portfolio: Tracarg
WhatsApp Business Account: Tracarg
Phone number: +593 98 837 7067
Signup mode: WhatsApp Business App (Coexistence)
Two-step verification: OFF

Meta recognizes the existing number and shows it as Connected. The WhatsApp Business mobile app successfully completes the Business Platform / QR flow and shows Make connected. Meta also displays “Your account is connected to Make”.

However, after clicking Finish, the OAuth callback to Make displays:

Resource not found

Make then reports:

Failed to verify connection ‘TRACARG WhatsApp Coexistence’. [400]

The WhatsApp connection is not created. Make > Credentials > Connections remains empty.

We already retried using the existing Business Portfolio, WABA and phone number instead of creating new assets. The result is the same.

Could someone confirm whether Make is failing to resolve the WABA ID, Phone Number ID or another Coexistence resource during the final verification callback?

:clipboard: Error messages or input/output bundles

Meta callback: Resource not found
Make verification: Failed to verify connection ‘TRACARG WhatsApp Coexistence’. [400]
No connection is saved in Make Credentials, therefore there are no execution bundles available.
