# Whatsapp message failed with error

I am getting below error while sending whatsapp template message. I creatd new whatsapp business account trhough [make.com](http://make.com) itself still I am getting error.

**WhatsApp Business Cloud - Send a Template Message** 2+0.3s

The operation failed with an error.

##### **Error**

[400] [133010] (#133010) Account not registered

Please advise, I am new to [make.com](http://make.com)
