Where are the Graphics / Image modules in Make? Need to add text to image

:bullseye: What is your goal?

Hi!
I want to build a scenario that does this:

Pull a random image from my OneDrive folder

Add text on top of the image (snippet text + small signature)

Save the edited image back to OneDrive

Post it to Instagram

But I cannot find any “Graphics”, “Image”, “Add text to image”, “Draw text”, or similar modules anywhere.
Are these modules available in Make?
If yes — where exactly can I find them in the module list?
If no — what is the correct way to add text overlays to an image inside a Make scenario?
