What is your goal?
Get our Whiteboard custom app reviewed and approved for public availability on Make.
We are the team behind Whiteboard (https://whiteboard.education), a platform for learning programs, membership clubs, and mailing lists. The integration will allow our customers to automate enrollment, membership management, and mailing-list updates.
We need confirmation of the current review stage, any outstanding requirements, and the next step toward approval.
What is the problem & what have you tried?
We submitted our custom app “Whiteboard” for review several months ago, and its status remains “pending approval.”
We contacted Make Customer Care and received confirmation that support ticket #2312107 was created on September 20, 2026. However, we still do not have a clear explanation of what is blocking the app review or whether any action is required from us.
Could the community team please help route this ticket to the Custom Apps review team and confirm:
- Is our submission complete, including any required follow-up forms?
- Has a reviewer been assigned?
- Is any feedback or requested change awaiting our response? If so, please resend it.
- When can we expect the next review update?
We understand the team is handling a backlog. We are ready to prioritize any required fixes and provide updated test scenarios, execution logs, and API documentation.
We can share the app ID and original review correspondence privately.
