"Woocommerce offline events to Facebook" stopped working

I used the ready to use template “Transform new orders from WooCommerce to Offline events in Facebook” for month without any issues, but from one day to another it stopped working. The error is: The operation failed with an error. Function ‘createBody’ finished with error! The “data” argument must be of type string or an instance of Buffer, TypedArray, or DataView. Received null

Can anybody help me figure out what the problem is? Thanks in advance.

Hi, @daBOIZ , Can you check if the data field on the bundle has data?, can you send another screen capture with the data field open?

Hi, thanks for you help. Yes, I think the data field has data. Here is the screenshot, I hope it is what you mean.

same error when using shopify version of this scenario:

“Function ‘createBody’ finished with error! The “data” argument must be of type string or an instance of Buffer, TypedArray, or DataView. Received null”

Help with fixing this is much appreciated.

It is working again. The support team told me the issue is fixed, and it really is.
