We are looking for a freelancer to help us extract the Click-Through Rate (CTR) of our YouTube videos and integrate this data into the descriptions of our Trello cards. Although the YouTube API does not provide this information directly, we expect you to find a method to retrieve the CTR data and format it appropriately for Trello. The ideal candidate should have experience with the YouTube API, data extraction, and Trello integration. Please provide a brief outline of your approach to this task and any relevant experience you have.
Hi @Adu_SAMSON_BIDEMI ! I would love to help you with your Trello integration.
We are a small team of make.com experts and have developed plenty of complex integrations. This project should not be a challenge to us.

Since YouTube doesn’t expose CTR through its standard API, we’d use an alternative method to access that data through backend reporting. From there, we’d extract and match each video’s CTR to the corresponding Trello card, updating the card description with the latest performance data.
We have extensive experience working with all Google and YouTube APIs, and can ensure this process runs reliably on a recurring schedule—keeping your Trello board up to date without any manual effort.
Feel free to check out my profile for more background, or reach out directly to schedule a time to chat.
Thanks,
Jeff
I’d be glad to assist you with this task. I specialize in automation and have extensive experience with API integrations, including both YouTube and Trello. While the YouTube API does not provide direct access to Click-Through Rate (CTR) data, I can help you set up a solution to extract this information, format it, and integrate it seamlessly into Trello card descriptions.
I look forward to hearing more about your specific setup so I can propose an optimal solution tailored to your needs.
