Zoho Email: CC additional email contacts for placed orders

To send a welcome email to a secondary and third email.

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

The first email listed goes through no problem but the second and third never comes over even though it used to work fine.

we dont receive any errors since the first email goes through but would like to get all three emails on one either cc’d or individually.

Could you please check the limit in the Monday List Module please.


and you can also try with Iterator if there is any filter required in the list, please check the Templates available in the Make that have Monday List flows with filter

It looks like the issue isn’t with the emails themselves but with the workflow handling multiple CC addresses. Some Zoho flows only support fixed CCs, so only the first one sends. Try testing all CC emails manually—if they all deliver, you’ll know the workflow needs adjusting.
