My approach, I start with the business problem, then build the technology around it.

For an investment-focused client, I built an AI-powered deal intake system using Make.com, Airtable, and AI. It processed incoming opportunities and documents, detected duplicate companies, generated structured deal summaries, scored opportunities against investment criteria, routed deals, updated records, triggered notifications, and logged activity.

Result: about 15 hours of manual work saved every week.

For another client, a Make.com + Gemini workflow kept failing because invalid inputs were reaching the AI module. I diagnosed the API requests, corrected the data structure, added validation, filters, fallback logic, and error handling, then tested the workflow for reliable execution. The client could move on to higher-priority work instead of repeatedly troubleshooting the automation.

I’ve also built social media automation using RSS integrations to streamline content distribution. After implementing the system, one client went on to gain 10K additional Instagram followers and reported increased sales.

That’s what interests me about automation: not simply connecting App A to App B, but building systems that create measurable operational value.
