I am a Software Engineer and Automation Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience building complex automation ecosystems, AI-powered workflows, and enterprise system integrations, with Make.com being one of my primary tools throughout my entire professional journey.

I have worked extensively with Make across real production environments, managing and stabilizing automation ecosystems with 150+ active scenarios running 8,000+ daily executions. I have built everything from simple two-step scenarios to complex multi-branch workflows with advanced error handling, custom API modules, data transformation pipelines, webhook architectures, and inline function logic that most people would reach for code to solve.

On the AI side I use Make as the orchestration layer for intelligent automation systems, connecting OpenAI GPT, Retell AI, AssemblyAI, and other AI services into production workflows that handle lead qualification, call transcription, case study generation, resume formatting, and personalized outreach, all running automatically without human intervention.

Some of the Make projects I have delivered include a full automation ecosystem for a shipping company connecting Pixi API, Airtable, and Xero for inventory and financial reconciliation, an AI-powered case study generator pulling from Zoom cloud recordings through AssemblyAI transcription into OpenAI GPT with automated daily email delivery, a cross-organizational analytics pipeline connecting dual Zoho Books environments into Power BI through Make, an automated keyword research pipeline fetching from Keyword.com API, parsing and cleaning the data, and populating a structured Google Sheets database, and a client order management system connecting OnePage CRM through Zapier and Make to Airtable and Softr with automated milestone notifications.

Beyond Make I also work extensively with CRM and ERP platforms including GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho One, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, and Bitrix24, and I use N8N alongside Make for AI agent orchestration where the use case demands it.

I am currently serving as Team Lead at a software agency delivering AI and automation projects for global clients, and as Lead AI Engineer at a Canadian company where I own the entire technology stack.
