About me
I was first bitten by the no/low-code and automation bug back in early 2019 (after I used Webflow + ‘competitor of Make’ for a client site rebuild), and have been incorporating more of these within the services and solutions I’ve delivered ever since — both for clients, and my own personal use.
Before making the leap into freelancing in mid-2018 as an analytics & automation solutions provider, I spent 8 yrs in B2B SaaS companies growing in a variety of roles (Sales, Account/Client Relations management, Product Marketing), serving customers in a broad range of tech verticals (AdTech, MarTech, HR Tech, Professional Services, ITSM, ITAM, E-learning).
Based on my experience and enjoyment working with analytics projects in those past roles, I decided to make it my core offering.
Adding automation on top of this core has helped me increase my ROI & cLTV — as well as delivering the same positive outcomes for my clients.
Here are some solutions I’ve shipped via Make to date ;

Creating sales receipts in Holded from Etsy orders — with routing logic to append Geo-specific data such as tax rates, shipping notes, etc

Custom postback URLs between platforms using webhooks, routing, and API requests, including the handling of custom conversion statuses and refunds too.

Parsing email campaigns to a google sheet, then blending this content with performance metrics to create custom word clouds (Vega/Vega Lite) in Looker Studio that can be filtered by the related metrics.

Producing a leads scoring system to build segments and trigger internal operations + marketing communications based on events data from multiple sources.
