Does anyone know how to deal with this : The operation failed with an error. [403] Google My Business API has not been used in project 428251511887 before or it is disabled. I have already submitted the form and the project has been approved.

In Basic Setup enable Google My Business API and try again, please ensure all steps mentioned in help link below are completed,

Thank you for your response. The issue has been successfully resolved. After sending an email to the Google API Team, they granted me access to view the API using the correct email address.
