Adding a logo to an already created app

I’ve been working on a custom app. I didn’t add a logo when I first created the app, but now I want to add one. Whenever I try to edit the app and upload a logo, it doesn’t get uploaded and stored. My Module just shows as a single color in the Scenario Editor like I never uploaded a logo.

(Note I’ve tried blue, white, and black as background colors. All are the same result.)

I had thought it was an issue with my logo file, but I tried creating a new app while uploading the logo at creation. This worked fine and the logo looks good.

I’d rather not have to duplicate all my work in a new app just to add a logo. Is it possible to add a logo to an existing app?

For technical issues or bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to. Additionally, sharing sensitive information about your account or scenario might not be suitable for an open forum discussion.

You can open a new ticket here, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you can create another new free account to access the ticketing system (which is only available to logged-in users). Alternatively, you should be able to send an email to helpdesk@make.com and support@make.com and it should create a ticket. After submitting a new ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the subject “Ticket Created” in the subject. If you do not receive this, try sending the ticket again.

Yeah, I have the same issue as you @barron2020

@EaZyGreen The Make support team told me it was a bug after all. I think they must have fixed it by now because my logo is working. If you’re still experiencing trouble, I’d try contacting their support team.
