To add to this topic. I’ve requested mine in November and payment is still in ‘processing’ mode.

I think it would help if you give affiliates access to sending in tickets instead of doing it through the forums by the way.

Ok just got an email that the payout failed, but with no further details.
Double checked all info and can’t find anything wrong, so would be really great to hit support in the DM’s if possible.

Hi Patrick – thanks so much for flagging this. I checked internally, and it seems as though the issue with your payment is actually a PayPal vs. Wise issue. I will now send you a DM with all the details, and let you know how we can address this.
