AI agent won't work with Gemini

I wat my Agent to run using my Gemini connection without yielding “An error occurred in AI Agent Service. | It looks like something went wrong. Please give us time to fix it.”

:thinking: What is the problem?

Some agents won’t run using the Gemini connection (while others do…)

Switching to my OpenAI connection runs the agent alright

You can try to create a clone of the agent that fails. Disable all tools. Just input a short or basic system prompt.

If it still fails, then most likely it’s a platform bug. You can’t fix it on your end. Send a ticket to Make.com Support for assistance.

If it works, then most likely a specific feature in your agent is the problem.

So what you can do is add tools gradually, then add knowledge, and the most important thing to do is to test every update you’ve made.

I don’t think there is a hidden setting that I know about that will make every agent work with Gemini.
