Hey,

Just a question about the new credit system and how the plans work. I am looking for ways to reduce usage cost and I notice that if you pay annually you get a 15% discount. There is not that much information or maybe I am struggling to find it so I just have a few questions:

1. If I purchase an annual subscription of 10,000 operations per month (120,000 for the year), how does this work do I only get the 10,000 to use monthly or can i use the whole 120,000 operations in the first month if I wanted?

2. If I purchased the annual amount 120,000 operations on the 1st september 2025 & I only use 100,000 of them in the year, what will happen on the 1st September 2026 to the 20,000 operations that are left over?

3. If I run out of operations half way through the year can I just do another annual order of the same amount?

Before commiting to purchasing a larger order I just want to be crystal clear on whether to make sure I will complete the order in the year or just purchase a larger package knowing I can still use them after the year has finished.

Thank you for raising this question in the community!

1. If you have an annual subscription, you pay for the whole year in advance. You get the full set of operations included in your chosen plan and tier right away. There’s no monthly limit, so you can use your operations whenever you want during the year, even during the first month.
2. The amount of operations resets with every billing cycle.
3. If you ran out of operation halfway through the year you can buy extra operations.

So just to confirm if I have 60,000 operations left over at the end of the yearly billing cycle I lose these operations?

So almost best to buy what you know you will need and purchase more if need be?
