I’m receiving questions from clients and followers about automating AI. They want the lowest price possible, so the credit system doesn’t cut it.
I found that all the major LLMs use a similar pricing scheme. Some “single-purpose” tools still have credit-based pricing if you want to use their API.

The first link seems to offer that as part of their package. Other than that, you would need to do a Google search. That said, unlimited access to an API that has important computing costs associated with it will be difficult to find. At some point, they will limit you. So you either pay a monthly fee and get cut off if you surpass your limit (like make does with the monthly number of operations), or you pay per use.
If your clients do a lot of volume, they might want to consider a self-hosted LLM. And if you do find one that gives you what you’re looking for, let us know so others with a similar need might benefit from what you find.
