Automatic backup SOPs from Clickup to Gdoc

We have our SOPs as tasks in ClickUp. The description is used to describe the SOP and often contains videos, pictures and links.

Is it possible to automate to create a Google doc in our shared drive when a new SOP is created and backup the description? Additionally, when a change is made to the description, update the existing Gdoc.
