Avoid duplicate trigger: Airtable form submission / watch records

Hello Makers,

I’m using Airtable’s “Watch responses” trigger, which fires upon a form submission.

Strangely, it triggers for the same record / hook twice within 5-6s, creating duplicates.

Is there a different way to stop this then storing the id in data storage and searching for it?

Is there a way where you connected the same we hook twice? This happened to me on typeform. I was able to connect it once through Make and once through Typeform and then it fired twice.

Otherwise, are they exactly the same ? If you stop the workflow, are there 2 executions in the queue?
