It turns out that if I make a call from the BLAND AI platform, I have no problem, the AI follows the PATHWAY of the conversation perfectly, without any delay and listening to everything the user says and responding correctly. But if I make the call from a MAKE automation with the BLAND AI bubble, it’s all problems, that is, the only thing it does well is reproduce the “first sentence”, but then it seems that it doesn’t follow the PATHWAY ID that is indicated in the box enabled for it. In short, making the call from the BLAND AI platform there is no problem, but from the BLAND AI bubble in MAKE it fails as if it didn’t recognize the PATHWAY. Thank you in advance.
