Book Calendly Meeting Through Scenario

Hi Make Community,

I am trying to create a scenario where when someone provides their name, email address, and date/time for a call to a voicebot, it automatically creates the booking in calendly. I can’t seem to figure out which calendly module will automatically create a new meeting. Note, i do not want to create a scheduling link to send, but to directly book the call once those parameters are sent to the scenario.

Any help would be appreciated.

According to intercom - Calendly API booking meetings for an user - Stack Overflow,

Calendly API does not have an endpoint to Create a Meeting/Event. You can request this by contacting Calendly Support first.

The workaround is to create a One-off Event, as described here:
