Boost LinkedIn Exposure with this Hack🤓

I have significantly improved my LinkedIn engagement by sending connection invites to the right people. The process involves finding people who might be interested in my content by scraping similar posts and then sending connection invites to them. In this guide I will show you how you can set this up yourself:

Step 1: Link Your LinkedIn Account

Start by creating an account at Browserflow. Follow the setup guide to link your LinkedIn account and get your API key. This key will be used to set up your connection in Make.com. You can take advantage of their 7-day free trial, making the entire setup free for the first week.

Step 2: Copy the Spreadsheet Template

Use this Google Spreadsheet template to manage your leads. Make a copy of the template using the same Google account linked to Make. The spreadsheet includes three tabs:

  • PostUrls: Add the URLs of LinkedIn posts you want to scrape.
  • PostLeads: Displays the leads scraped from those posts.
  • DeduplicatedPersonLeads: A cleaned-up version of the leads, with extra fields to help track outreach progress. (Tip: The LinkedInUrl field includes a filter to exclude companies. Reapply this filter occasionally for better visualization—though the process will run regardless.)

Step 3: Download the Blueprints

I’ve created three blueprints you can download and import into your Make scenario. You can use them individually or combine them into a single workflow. Here’s what each does:

  1. Scrape Leads from LinkedIn Post
This blueprint scrapes people who have interacted with a LinkedIn post.

  2. Send Invite Blueprint
Use this to send connection invites to LinkedIn profiles using their URLs.

Step 4: Set Up Lead Sourcing

1. Create a New Scenario

  • Click Create a new scenario in Make.
  • Use the three dots in the toolbar to Import Blueprint and upload the template file.
  • Your scenario should look like this:

2. Add Browserflow API Key

  • Click the Browserflow for LinkedIn module.
  • Select Add Connection and paste your API key.

3. Link Google Sheets Modules

  • If this is your first time connecting Google Sheets, click any Google Sheets module and select Add Connection. Use the same account you used to copy the spreadsheet.
  • For each module, search for the correct spreadsheet or manually enter the Sheet ID from the URL.

4. Add Post URLs

  • Find posts you want to scrape and click the three dots (…) in the top-right corner of the post. Select Copy link to post and paste the URLs into the PostUrls tab of the spreadsheet.

When you run this flow, it starts gathering all the people that have reacted under the posts that you have specified. It will load them in the postLeads tab of the spreadsheet and then in the DeduplicatedPersonLeads tab, the unique leads are listed.

Step 5: Sending Invites

1. Create a New Scenario & Import the Blueprint

  • Import the Send Invite Blueprint. Your scenario should look like this:

  • Connect the Browserflow for LinkedIn module with your API key.
  • Link the Google Sheets modules as described in Step 4.

When you run this flow, it starts inviting all the people that are listed in the DeduplicatedPersonLeads tab and marks the ones that have received an invite with “true” so it wont grab doubles when rerun.

Pro Tip: If you have LinkedIn Premium, you can include a personalized message with your invites. For free accounts, messages are limited to 5 per month. If you exceed this limit, the flow will generate errors.

Pro Tip2: If you have a company like I do, once you are connected with these people you can also invite them for your companies account page.
