[Bug] Most of our Custom App's Modules vanished from user side

One of our customers that uses our API on Make reported that when they try to add a module in a Scenario, 90% of the modules we’ve created don’t show as available. I was able to reproduce the issue.

We haven’t touched our app in months.

From our developer view side, all the modules show as visible and approved.

Not really clear where else to report this bug. I’ve contacted the helpdesk email but no response yet. Is there a better channel for developer support?

Have you tried the ticketing system? That’s the only official method of submitting a bug report.
