Can’t connect Gmail module – Error 400 / 401 with personal Gmail account

Hello,

I’m trying to connect my personal Gmail account (@gmail.com) to Make (Integromat), but I keep getting an Error 400 or 401 during the authorization process.

Here’s what happens:

  • I click Add connection in the Gmail module

  • I log in to my Gmail account

  • Then I get redirected back to Make with an error: “Error 400: invalid_request” or “Error 401: invalid_client”

I already tried:

  • Logging out and back into Gmail

  • Using an incognito window

  • Checking that my Google account allows third-party connections

  • Re-authorizing Make access from my Google security settings

But the issue persists.

Can someone please help me solve this connection error?
