Cannot Connect Make to Slack Bot with OAuth

I cannot connect to Slack using OAuth. I have been trying with all of the correct credentials and redirect URL, but upon allowing the bot into my workspace, I am met with this error message: {“message”:“The request failed due to failure of a previous request.”,“code”:“SC424”,“suberrors”:[{“message”:“Response marked as invalid.”,“name”:“RuntimeError”}]}

Here is a screenshot of the error that I am receiving. I am using the redirect URL of https://www.integromat.com/oauth/cb/slack3 for further reference as well.

Hi @FuturepediaEditorial,

Did you try to Create Custom App and Client Credentials in Slack?

Please try again in an incognito/private window.

Cheers,
Henk

I tried once again in an incognito window, double-checking scopes and credentials. Error message replicated, unfortunately.

Mmm that is unfortunate. The error seems to be occurring on the make.com domain, referencing a response from Slack that is invalid. This might be the time to create a ticket with Make support to look into it.

You can do so via: https://www.make.com/en/ticket

I hope they can give a better perspective on the issue, if the problem is resolved, please share the solution here for other Makers!

Cheers,
Henk
