Cannot get past "Let's customize your experience" survey

:bullseye: What is your goal?

I cannot get past the “Let’s customize your experience” survey to access my organisation workspace

:thinking: What is the problem?

I set up an account, completed the survey without issue. Work then added me as a collaborator in the Organisation space. However when I try to access this, I get forced to https://eu2.make.com/welcome and presented with the “customize” survey again. I cannot submit my answers as I get an unexpected error “Unexpected error occurred Survey already submitted for user with id=xxxxxxxxxx”. There is no way to close or skip the survey on the screen.

:test_tube: What have you tried so far?

I’ve cleared cache and cookies, tried multiple browsers and incognito modes, logged out, logged in, etc. I’ve tried editing the URL, but it takes me back to the same survey again and again. I can’t see any mention of this in the help pages or forums.

Any help?

Does your issue still exist?

Which browser are you using? Make works best on Chromium powered browsers.

Do you have any ad-blockers or other content-blocking tools like 1Blocker? If yes - try to disable them.

If my suggestions won’t help - please contact with Make support directly:

After a few hours of the same thing across multiple browsers I did contact support. They couldn’t recreate the issue, and asked me to get a screen recording, and typically when I started the screen recording the “survey” didn’t appear and I could access everything without issue.
Appears to have been a transient caching issue.
Of note: I tried Edge, Chrome, DuckDuckGO and Opera browsers, all had the same issue, but it was in Edge that I attempted the screen recording when I discovered it had cleared (not that I think Edge was the solution, just listing here in case anyone else experiences the same)
