Cannot initialize the scenario because of the reason 'column dtv.scenario_id does not exist'

Hi Team,
I have been getting a mass amount of errors - specifically:
Cannot initialize the scenario because of the reason 'column dtv.scenario_id does not exist'

and

None of the available transfer modes work.

These are all scenarios that previously worked, with no updates to any of the platforms they interact with, or to the scenarios themselves.

Any ideas why this would be spitting out these errors?

The strangest is the first error - the scenario shows no error in the history, but I get an email with the error everytime it runs… hmmm…

For the community to be able to better assist with your question, it would be great if you could share some screenshots of your scenario flow and setup (functions, mappings, variables, etc.) and your module configurations and outputs.

It could also help tremendously if you shared a blueprint of your scenario so that the community can investigate what may have gone wrong.
